We had a great time at Domaine de la Pierre Ronde, sleeping in the Yourte Cocoon. Coming from the Netherlands, we had great contact beforehand via e-mail and telephone (all in French) about our arrival. The Yurt was in great shape when we arrived and we were introduced in a very friendly manner. Please note that if you want to cook in the the yurt you have to bring your own appliances and something to cook on, because none is available. The Domaine is greatly situated in the Morvan, great for hikes (we can really recommend 'le tour du lac', around Lac Chamboux). Open fire in front of your place is allowed, making the adventure complete. The toilets and douches are great as well. Totally recommend!

We returned to this fantastic little paradise for the fourth time and it is always a pure delight. This area guarantees unique experiences, which you will not find anywhere else. Totally immersive, the interior of the houses enchants us with all its little details which make the magic of this place. There's nothing better than warming up in front of a beautifully crafted stove, in an underground house, on a rainy winter day. And what can we say about the welcome: really very high quality, the managers are passionate and create real links with us. We feel that people are their priority.

I had the best weekend of my life, the sweetest, the calmest, the most romantic. Everything is wonderful, the house where we were (Mirtook) as well as the people who manage the place. It was gray and raining a little during our stay, but the beauty of the place made the rain pleasant and the sound of the drops was a sweet melody while we dreamed in our little house ❤️ As soon as we left we looked to come back, and with our dogs because they were accepted and our little dog was as happy as us “at home” as one of the managers told her 🥺

We loved Hobbit Elebor's house, decorated with great taste. It was truly a magical interlude for Tolkien lovers. The reception staff are very friendly. The big disadvantage in my opinion is the absence of toilets. In winter and being pregnant, it was not at all practical. Even dry toilets could do the trick very well. Apart from that, thank you for being able to make this dream accessible. Excellent continuation 🙂

An incredible experience in a Hobbit house, the decor is very faithful, the calm of the lake is rejuvenating. The whole family was charmed, young and old alike. Heartwarming welcome. Well-stocked breakfast (additional charge). The sanitary facilities are very clean as well as the house, comfortable bedding.

Do you want to try an unusual, extraordinary and magical experience? So come and discover the Fantasy Village of the Round Stone. Having tested several accommodations, you really immerse yourself in a world that you will not soon forget. The decoration of the place is just indescribable, the surrounding nature: a green setting, one of the most beautiful corners of the Morvan. That's wonderful ! Thank you to the owners of this place and the whole team for taking great care of us.

We stayed in the cocoon yurt. An atypical stay in a magical domain near the lake, dogs are accepted. We were made very welcome, the staff were great. Complete and very good breakfast. The yurt was comfortable, the only downside was the shared toilets.

It's a magnificent area, it's a shame the maintenance is not up to par. The magician's cottage did not have a shower head although towels were available next to the bathtub. Guests must bring blankets and sleeping bags because in the family …
